• Bland AI — used for automated voice call follow-up, where applicable.

• n8n — used to connect and automate workflows between our tools; may process data in transit between systems.

• Typeform and Calendly — may be used for certain intake forms and appointment scheduling, depending on the specific service or client engagement.

Each of these platforms has its own privacy policy and security practices, which govern their handling of data on their systems. We select vendors that maintain industry-standard security practices, but we encourage you to review their policies directly if you have specific questions about their data handling.

4.2 Client Data (If You Are a NextTurn AI Client)

If you are a business client of NextTurn AI (not simply a website visitor), the automation systems we build for you will process data belonging to your own customers or patients — this is governed separately by your Service Agreement with us, not this general website Privacy Policy. See Section 8 below regarding health-related data specifically.

5. SMS AND TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT

If you check a consent box on one of our forms agreeing to receive text messages, you may receive:

• Non-marketing messages related to scheduling, confirming, or following up on a call or service you've requested

• Marketing messages (only if you've separately checked that consent box) including updates, offers, or announcements

If you are a patient of a dental or medical practice that uses NextTurn AI's automation services, please direct any questions about how your health information is handled to that practice directly, as they remain the responsible party (Covered Entity) for your health information under HIPAA.
